K. Allen is an award-winning business owner and entrepreneur renowned for her expertise in project management, specializing in crafting impactful marketing and branding campaigns for multiple start-ups and non profits. With a background rooted in media and communications, she brings a wealth of experience to her ventures.
A distinguished alumna of the prestigious Cheyney University, K. Allen further honed her skills by earning an MFA from Full Sail University. Armed with this comprehensive education, she has successfully led and opened multiple businesses, showcasing her commitment to innovation and excellence in the dynamic landscape of entrepreneurship.
K. Allen's dedication to empowering businesses, both large and small, is a testament to her impactful influence and commitment to driving success in diverse sectors.

Osiris Jamaal Na'im Jackson, Accountant & Board Member
Osiris Jamaal Na'im Jackson
effectually known as 'Jamaal Na'im' graduated from the Rutgers Business School with a B.S Accounting in 2017. He was a prolific leader on campus and was elected Vice President of the student organization, National Association of Black Accountants (NABA). While on the e-board, he began his accounting career at PwC in the International Tax Department.
Fast forward to January 2020, he took the leap of faith and decided to create his very own accounting firm, Safe + Sound Stewards, LLC.
On June 5th, 2021 he launched his very first merchandise line with the profound slogan "My Accountant is Black" as a marketing technique to generate more popularity under the premise that
"products sell services."
Na'im has a diverse skill set; but is most known for his leadership, financial savvy, and passion for uplifting the youth, playing tennis, chess, and writing/composing music content.

Dunielle Munir, Board Member
Daunielle begin the career path of supporting staff and survivors of trauma with a non-profit program 10 years ago after leaving the field of teaching. She has over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness, self-care industry. She is a vision driven, goal focused leader with proven history of innovation and achievement. Daunielle began her teaching career with Camden County College and Rutger’s the State University in Camden in the early 1990’s. Daunielle has a heart for humanitarian causes, community engagement and victim rights which has driven her passion to continue her work in marginalized communities focusing on the at risk population or those who require support services but have limited resources.
Daunielle has been awarded recognition from Camden County College as well as received certifications from state and national organizations.
Lastly, Daunielle enjoys spending time with her family which of course include her 3 lovely grandchildren. She also still continues to enjoy her first passion of teaching wellness, focusing on whole body healing through physical, mental and spiritual approaches.
